Finally fitness

So last week I was very lazy, I actually didn’t go to the gym at all! I’ve been writing my last assignment for school, so haven’t had much time lately. But today I took a day off, and finally I had some energy to go to the gym. I usually go with my friend to a class, like puls/strength or stomach/ thighs/butt, but sometimes I just run intervals and do some strength exercises on my own. I have downloaded an app from Nike (Nike training) on my iPhone, and it seems really good. You can follow some programs and save all your progress. Today I followed the “get toned- the cinch” program for 45 minutes. You can see a video of all the different excises and also set music to them. Here are my top five songs that gives me inspiration under the work- out:
