Start on Monday

Okay, so I know I should write about something healthy today, because this is the first day of the new year.. I guess almost every one of us has a new years resolution, and perhaps 98% of us want to start the new year with hard workouts, carrots and water… The gym will be filled up in January and February. Soon enough, people will break their resolution and water will be exchanged with soda. I just want to say, have a nice hangover day. Eat what you like, and start with the carrots on Monday;)
