Today I’ve made some homemade muesli-bars. If you do some musclebulding it’s good to grab a muesli-bar as fast as the workout is over. It contains proteins that helps you build muscles! Here you have a recipe;
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup oats
4 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tpsb natural peanut butter
1 cup with raisins
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the eggwhites and uncooked oatmeal. Add the remaining ingredients. Spray a nonstick cookingspray in an 8×8 baking dish. Spread the mixture in an even layer, over the bottom of the dish. Bake for about 20 minutes.
